This week we host visiting artists at PASS Central. This is an open discussion/conversation with musicians on their works, process etc. On Monday the 27th speak to Studio Kabako at 7pm. From the balcony I spot Kolade and Emma making their way to the studio. They’ve parked in a loading zone, I cup my hands and scream, “Are you staying long? PERMIT REQUIRED
There’s a seriously phallic presence at PASS Central, parked at the extreme left with a black arrow pointed towards the ground, Bianca now presides over the station. When the call for us to remove her from St Georges Mall came it was from the Mall’s Committee, the ‘noise’ was disturbing the five star guests at the Taj- was the allegation and we didn’t have a permit- was the reason. Officially, weekends don’t start until Friday night but a PASS weekend starts any old time and this time around, the weekend is Nahw.
