I’d like to send you some links to playlists of clips from East Africa. They are featuring the voices, concerns, activities & productions of audio, radio & oral producers of many kinds in Nairobi, Kampala & Gulu; excerpts from a recent travel archive of recordings still to be uploaded. The playlists are intended as an introductions and a means of creating links between creative producers across the continent. The clips are 30 secs., jingle like mini-clips which could be suitable for live re-mixes over streams of sound & music. Perhaps you’ll have suitable events coming up & DJ at hand & interest in including spoken word in their mixes.
We’d be delighted if this was the case, and could, in this way, connect to the brothers & sisters in CT.
