Friday 17 Feb – The Gorm Helfjord Quartet present their brand of freestyle, mutli-layered soul/funk and jazz

Sat 18 Feb – the Ethan Smith Quartet features Ethan Smith (Sax, Flute), Kyle Shepherd (Piano), Brydon Bolton (Double Bass) and Claude Cozens (Drums) in organic compositions laced with jazz, South African, Middle and Far Eastern traditional influences. Check them out here.

All shows start at 9.30pm – bar closes at 1.30am.

Culture Musical Club interview

Culture Musical Club began life as part of the youth organization of the Afro Shirazi Party during Zanzibar’s struggle for independence back in 1956.
