The Otolith Collective reignite Dambudzo Marachera’s fires with Kodwo Eshun and Anjalika Sagar in conversation with George Shire, followed by FESTAC focus with Michael McMillan offering first-hand memories having been at the Lagos festival when aged only 15.

Pass Me the Microphone invite Rehana Zaman to share ‘That’s Life’, a specially-made audio work reflecting on the ways in which groups, organisations and systems, inscribe racialised and gendered roles within society.

Picking up on the bikutsi-brilliance of yesterday, Christine Eyene returns to the sofas, this time around to share her love for George Hallett’s imagery. We then welcome Jenny Mbaye, aka Dr Hip-Hop, who’ll speak with Yoel Kenan about digital music solutions across the continent and share a stack of Senegalese tracks.

Closing the party, Shabaka Hutchings is back with us to select records and deliver his unique music theory-meets-practice classes.
